From a foundation as a land planner and landscape designer, Tom spent over 25 years working with Jack Nicklaus, rising from a draftsman to Senior Design Associate. During those years Tom was involved with over 150 golf courses around the world at different stages of planning, design and construction.

 

Through his work in 34 countries, Tom Pearson has developed a familiarity with local, national, and international regulations. In addition, he continues to build a network of contacts throughout the golf industry that can aid a developer in virtually every aspect of a project. With a conviction to preserving the natural environment, coupled with a concern for water conservation, Tom Pearson golf course designs have established an enviable reputation.
